Apparently, the TSA genius, well-informed spokesperson actually does think that his/her agency has the authority to implement a "mask" order from the CDC, which a U.S. District Judge said they do not have under the Administrative Procedures Act. Wish my fellow citizens would try to keep up.

Judge Mizelle ruled and stated the following: "The Court concludes that the Mask Mandate exceeds the CDC's statutory authority and violates the procedures required for agency rulemaking under the APA. Accordingly, the Court vacates the mandate and remands it to the CDC."

So, does the TSA genius know of some other means within the APA that the CDC could use to issue another "mandate" so that the TSA could exercise its authority to carry out the order the CDC actually can't issue?

P.S. The APA rules for issuing a bullshit order like this are so stupid and cumbersome that if all these losers were to follow the rules for making the rules, DJT will be back in the White House hopefully taking a flame thrower to the place, as Al Pacino once said.

"even if that hot air is trapped inside the air bubble of Mitch McConnell’s faulty reboot and software update."

Thanks for the laugh - though you could be exactly right on the software update.

Yeah, the shift, we're feeling it. Nothing though is going to plan for the THEY. Thanks, SadieJay.
