Nothing to see here. My one year anniversary on Substack!

I wrote this on March 9, 2022. I have been on Substack for one year.

They aren’t making any money off me. I wonder how long this will last. I have been hearing things about comments possibly being shadow banned. I have heard of unwanted “suggestions” sent via e-mail from Substack that are polar opposites of what people are reading. Are we being played? Are we rounding ourselves up into a virtual rail car, all by ourselves? I do not trust anybody. AND….nothing is really FREE. Ever. So, there is that. I have subscribed to Emerald Robinson in the past, and it is a doable amount of money. I might start that up again, just to keep this platform chugging.

To my “readers” (feels so weird to say that!) thank you! Your comments and insights have driven me to reach out and reach in and process. I absolutely love being able to write “whatever”. And I also appreciate the tips about a story I might have missed.

And it is with much love that I thank my tribe, who are obligated to read what I post…because chances are, it could be about them. You are my heart and I am one blessed woman. God only knows what I would do without you.♥

The Ukraine/Russia conflict is heartbreakingly sad. It is real. (But is it? Really? If you are Horsey or Benjaminn, it is) I know people who are there and seeing the fleeing refugees and their impact. (They did…Ukrainian women coming over the border into Poland and someone managing to get a billboard put up in the first weeks. Huh?…Here it is:

“Poles have no words. Thank you for your support”

So, Poland puts up a back and forth conversation billboard? Is that what I am seeing? Poland says they “have no words” and Ukraine says “thank you for your support”. Who said that? And…better yet, who does that? There is a war going on up goes a billboard?

But all the news we are being spoon fed seems staged and theatrical. It is. Biden’s trip along with that Yellen woman proves it. Why didn’t they just keep them??!! The world is being played and the scenarios ARE real and so is the suffering of humanity. (But is it?!) "They" are not letting us make up our own mind. "They" are playing to the people's emotions. Whoever “they” are? It is propaganda 2.0, twisted for the desired outcome. They want the ignorant masses to only believe what "they" want them to believe. Sob stories, married on the front lines story, WNBA player detained by Russia with drugs and L with a wife, (Yeah, we got her/him back. Talk about a BAD trade! We give back a master Russian spy and get that? Ugh!) pictures of Russian pilots shot down alive, bandaged and talking, a girl delivering food to an animal shelter in Kiev who was shot and killed (but was she?), elite Russian killers sent out with pictures of Ukraine officials slated for extermination on a deck of cards(1950 called. They want their plot back)..."they" are going after all lanes of the wrong way interstate of the world. LGBTQ, animal lovers, romanticists, conspiracy theorists, right wingers, left wingers, environmentalists ...this war has something for everyone to love to hate about Russia. And, the part that should scare the borscht out of all people on the planet is the fact that most of the world has cancelled Russia. (But, have we?) The idea of one company being able to impact a sovereign nation and it's economy and citizens, let alone countless others by refusing service, totally circumvents all order of a free world; they are taking the place of TALKING Heads of State. Who needs a spineless government when private companies, who answer to nobody, can do the cancelling in their stead?? Facts be damned.

Yes, the tragedy is that real lives are being subjected to a giant PLOT against all mankind and it conjures up the worst science fiction story one could imagine. I urge you to use your own gumption and delve into all aspects of whatever story is being peddled on any given topic. In this day and age, there are WAY more than 2 sides to every story. I know I always feel better when I am

well informed from more than just one perspective or source. Now, move along. Nothing to see here. ~S
