Why in the world would Durov stop to refuel in France? WHY? There are many other airports where he could have re-fueled that aren’t in France. They knew he was coming, and with all his money, he must have known they knew he was coming. Unless he is stupid, which I highly doubt. If I was that rich I would have my own spies everywhere, right down to the lowly janitor. Question everything.
