I only know a little bit about what's going on in the world and even that makes me crazy sometimes, so yes, I probably would be, but then I wouldn't be me. :)
I am on a mission to find full fat whipping cream without extra chemicals to put in my coffee. Not easy! I might have to stop along side the road next time I see a Jersey in the field and get it myself. Ho ho ho.
Ah. Cream. I have to admit I'm true to my native New York City roots in that I use milk in my coffee. When I first got to Boston, I realized why my coffee tasted "funny". They served coffee with cream or half-and-half. Finally developed the habit of always asking for milk...:)
I always took my coffee black. Then I started eating right. I read a book called The Code Red Revolution. It changed our lives. I lost 60 lbs eating real food. No pills, shakes or exercise plan. I eat full fat everything. I replaced boxes of doughnuts with a massage every 6 weeks and started having cream in my coffee (along with a little pump of salted caramel syrup) and now I can't go without it.

I like that. There are days I do crawl into a hole and pull it in after me. But, then I have to come out for coffee.
