Super interesting observations, Sadie! We’ve been to Louisiana numerous times as it’s only about 3 hours away. I’m glad you had the wonderful food experience with that guy who persevered. Those stories are so encouraging. Looking forward to the next installment.💗

It is so crazy the way evening doesn't dawdle down here. One minute, light, the next, dark. ♥

We live in a part of Florida (the Panhandle) that some very affectionately call, "L.A." -- Lower Alabama. Further away from the beaches you find what I see and experience as the South, 𝒏𝒐𝒕 Florida. Probably why I like it so much.

I felt that telltale thing -- what is it? Rage? Yeah...that's it...bubbling up at the end reading the story of the one guy who stood his ground. His "fellow Americans" acting to take him down all while thinking they're taking the high road...

Thank you for sharing your impressions and observations!

Yes, you are right! LA is nothing like Florida, down south which is full of Yankees. Because Yankees is what a friend from South Carolina calls them. Yes, fellow humans "taking down" another human. That is a grossly apt description and so true. So great to have seen the face behind your fierceness. Beautiful and brilliant, you are!♥
