Evidently, at the State level here in these great "united" States, the State actually owns your children. A court of some sort in North Carolina ruled that according to the PREP Act, pieces of shit -- I mean, our fellow Americans -- who "work" in the public screwels can inject the children of others at their whim. Without the consent of the parents.

A very special, special country with super special people in it.

It just never ends, does it?!! I will take the self-government option, but I realize that is not for everyone. Sheesh. That is why my daughter has made the decision to 'un-school' her 3 kids. It's a great choice.

Glad to hear your daughter is getting them out. Best decision ever made by any parent.

Ugh. I JUST read that earlier today about that appellate decision in NC that just took the Constitution and shoved it down the garbage disposal. I just shook my head because, ya know, I wasn’t surprised. And the fact it was a unanimous decision made me want to vomit even more.

Maybe it'll go to the Supremes. Might be for the best. It would bring up for review -- I would hope -- the unconstitutionality of the PREP Act. Under PREP, the Secretary of Health & Human Services can declare an emergency and shut down the country??????????????? Force Americans to submit to whatever "emergency" measures the rotting corpses and "law enforcement" decide to impose?

The Epoch Times headlines about coming decisions are ridiculous. "Supreme Court Seems Skeptical on Trumps Immunity Challenge" or "Supreme Court Shows Sympathy in Idaho vs. United States". There is nothing I love more than speculation based on facial expressions disguised as news. I seriously want to dig a hole, crawl in and pull it in after me. BAH! And that stupid PREP Act should be called the PERP Act. Honestly.

That's is where we are headed. They take away all the small businesses and the service that goes with them and leave us with giant corporations who don't give 2 shits if we are happy return customers or not.
